Bishop’s Park Montessori Nursery School provides a happy and busy environment, for 2½ to 5 year olds, in which they can develop and thrive through activity, learning, and play.

The nursery was founded in 2008 by the Headmistress and owner, Jacquie Bach, who is a fully qualified teacher for 2 to 7 year olds, and has previously established and run two of London’s finest Montessori nursery schools in Fulham for over 25 years.

A former teacher trainer in child development, assessor of Montessori schools, and Montessori College Acting Principal, Jacquie has re-started the nursery that she originally founded in 1976.

Parental involvement and contribution is welcomed and supported, and parents can spend time in the school with their children, especially when settling in.

Our guiding principles are Montessori based and led by the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.

It is as important now as ever, to give our children the best start in their early years. This will form the basis of their development, and the foundation of their education and orientation in the world.

Children in our nursery are helped to learn and develop, using the wide range of materials and exercises provided in the environment, guided by their teachers, individually and in groups.

We encourage and work with each child at their own pace, through a specifically ordered range of carefully designed cycles of activity, using beautifully made attractive equipment. Parents can delight in their child’s progress, vocabulary, and confidence.
